EasyConsole Content Management System is template-based. Content is kept separate from the graphical design (i.e. look and feel) of the web site. Using templates ensures that the appearance of pages throughout the website is consistent and meets the company’s branding standards. Separating the “presentation” layer from data storage enables quicker, and low cost interface changes.
This architecture also allows publishing of the content in different forms. For example, same content can be used in Flash, HTML and other versions of the site. Another benefit of using the template-based model is that it allows a site to be reconstructed with EasyConsole, giving the client control over the content of their existing site.
