Being the market leader in teleshopping and direct marketing with unique and exclusive products through television and catalogues, the Telemarketing organisation recognised the need to include e-commerce operation in the organisation.  

Deploying a Web Content Management technology to enable more people to manage content and to create a user friendly product website, was Telemarketing silent goal. The organisation needed a solid content management platform from which they could base all future product website developments.
 
The EasyConsole CMS solution for Telemarketing provided core content management functionality and e-commerce features to deliver a stable, well-structured and easily manageable.
 
The new Cyprus website incorporates an easy to use catalogue of every product category, complete with a photograph, detailed description and shopping cart facilities. In addition, visitors to the site can read about the Telemarketing product, its features, see related pictures and finally order their favorable products. The site’s flexibility allows timely alterations such as price reductions on old stock; therefore the website incorporates a Special Offers facility.
 
The website design was developed to deliver an attractive and naturally structured site, allowing users to access information quickly and accurately, and maximising product sales. As well as the importance of usability, careful consideration was given to establishing credibility and trust.
 

The new Telemarketing website was launched in October 2009, since that time the website has achieved consistently good user feedback. Furthermore, the depth of the search engine friendly website has provided an increasing level of targeted traffic.
